Weapons are relatively sparse, with no BFG, and a focus on shotguns and rocket launchers. The rail has no ammo and a long respawn time, so make it last ;). The haste and invisibility can be reached via RL jump, or by hitting the teleport pads on top the central platform. Mega health is reached by a very small push trigger, or rocket jump if you're in a hurry. R_speeds on this map are relatively high in some areas, but I have had reports that it runs reasonably fast on lower end machines.
